Lagos, Nigeria – BMGA Enterprise Limited (BMGA), an edtech finishing school for the future of work that specializes in social and marketing intelligence to increase productivity is pleased to announce the launch of its new story intelligence course led by Richard Stone, a globally recognized speaker on the power of storytelling and its application to business, healthcare, and education.


BMGA’s goal is to effectively prepare individuals, corporate organizations, and academic institutions for the future of work. Through the anthropological theory of learning, they have curated courses that address specific soft skills which increase the productivity of people and organizations. All courses are designed with the three primary learning styles that promote high retention and recall of information, which are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. 


They have a great deal of expertise in effectively catering to university students, entry-level, mid-level professionals, academic institutions, and corporate organizations. This is because BMGA partners with subject-matter experts and professors from top institutions across the world, such as the Yale Centre for Emotional Intelligence and Thunderbird School of Global Management, to deploy residence courses on business etiquette, emotional intelligence, story intelligence, among others. 


The Story Intelligence course is a four-week immersive learning experience that introduces participants to the ‘7 Powers of Story’ and how to effectively draw upon these powers to become a formidable, persuasive leader who can effectively engage communities to embrace the changes needed to create a more sustainable world. It is open to young professionals, managers, executives, and business owners.


The course instructor has over 25 years of experience in developing story-based programs for team building and leadership development. He is the Chief Executive Officer of StoryWork International, the Executive Vice President for Story and Design at Dewey’s Bakery, and the co-chair of PCI Media Impact. He has served as the StoryAnalytics Master for the IDEAS Innovation team (a former division of the Walt Disney Company). He has also worked with organizations such as Walt Disney Imagineering, Hewlett Packard, Kraft Foods, and Novant Health. 


During the course, participants will acquire five essential soft skills for the future of work – Creativity, Problem Solving, Social Influence, Critical Thinking, and Leadership. They will also develop the ability to adequately articulate their personal and organizational brand story. To ensure a transformational experience, participants will have access to modern technological tools that encourage an interactive online learning experience. In addition, they will get the opportunity to further engage with the instructor via four live classes. 


Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from BMGA which is accredited by a globally recognized independent organization. This certificate provides credits that count towards continuous professional development across the world. 


The course will run from Monday, 13 September 2021 to Sunday, 10 October 2021.
